All systems are functioning properly and work as intended. All system are operational. The central A/C pumped out ice-cold air on a hot day. Was appreciated. No odd aromas or unusual wear or tear. Very small blemish on the rear bumper port side. Being ultra picky here, I'd steam clean the carpets to bring back to luster. The owner reports that the motor home is in very good condition. Agent agrees. Superb condition is likely due to its one-owner status. Brand new windshield. If there is a ding to the superb condition, it is the fact that the dash air is not fully operational.
