and a center console (with beverage holders) plus a dinette that can double as a 42" x 70" sleeping area along the side wall. Above the recliners are cabinets providing an extra storage area. To the left of the entry door enjoy the kitchen space for meal prep and dining which features a counter, with an extension, and a double sink.
There is a three burner propane range with overhead microwave oven, refrigerator, and a pantry for dry good storage. Above the counter is a 32 inch TV and cabinets for storage. A sliding door closes off the back of the unit where you will enjoy a 30" x 36" shower on the left and a private toilet area on the right. The toilet area also features
a vanity with sink and a storage cabinet on the wall to the left of the vanity. The rear master bedroom provides a quiet retreat away from the front of the coach where you can rest easy on the queen bed slide out that also includes nightstands.
There is a wardrobe opposite the bed, drawers for more storage plus a cabinet with a 24" LED TV. To the right of the entry door is the cab area with driver and passenger swivel captain chairs. There is additional sleeping space above the cab area with a drop-down overhead bunk that is 54" x 74" An included coffee table can be installed between the two captain's chairs for additional eating or table top space. The passenger side has
a built in extension that can be opened to provide a desktop work space.
Under the desk top is storage for maps, writing materials, etc. Cabinets above the windshield provide additional storage for books, manuals, and miscellaneous items. Not to be overlooked is the top step of the entry stairs that lifts up for storage of small tools, air pressure gauge, bottle opener, etc. For boondocking and/or tailgating there is a 5.5 KW Onan Forsyth Countys generator, 2 rooftop AC units, auto leveling hydraulic jacks, an external 32 inch tv, a small external (beer, soda pop) refrigerator, and an external sink. For those cool nights there is a thermostatically controlled propane furnace that provides central heat.
Externally there are several large storage areas for outdoor gear, gray and black water drain tubes (included), portable grill, potable water hoses, 30/50 amp electrical cable, additional ladder, etc. In addition to the external storage there is also external access to the 5.5kw generator, 26 gal propane tank, gray and black water holding tanks, and 50 gal fresh water tank. Since purchasing the unit new in 2017 we have added the theater seating mentioned earlier, a Dish TV antenna system and improved the handling of the motorhome with a rear trackbar assembly, steering stabilizer, and a heavy duty front stabilizer bar to replace the stock stabilizer bar.
Also, as part of our winterization procedure this fall we replaced the Chassis battery and both Auxiliary batteries. We bought the unit with plans to spend winters in the Southern US and did so for 2 winters. Then life got in the way with surgeries, covid, and aging. With considerable reluctance, we decided we no longer desired to travel and it was time to move on. The RV is ready to go south for the winter or provide an away home for those ready to travel and explore. REASONABLE OFFERS CONSIDERED.
