Although the toy hauler is not pet-free, I did not observe any unusual or offensive pet odors within the unit. Upon walking around the RV, I did not observe any damage or areas needing to be repaired. One of the propane tanks was missing from its holding area, but the owner assured me that it would be replaced. The upholstery covering the recliners appeared to be in very good condition.
