The RV has two awnings; however, the main living room awning is ripped and in needs to be repaired or replaced. The RV comes with all hoses, one of which is heated, and all attachments. It comes with a washing machine. The AC in the bedroom was replaced in 2022 and is still under a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. There is also a new tankless water heater. The sleeping capacity is currently 7, but a pull-out sofa in the living area could increase the sleeping to 9.
