Tom’s Transmission & Auto Service is a family owned and operated business that has has been serving the Santa Clarita Valley since 1978. Tom was the Founding President of the Santa Clarita branch of Automotive Service Council (ASC). ASC is a statewide organization made up of mostly general repair shops. We are a long-time member of ATRA (Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association). Tom served on the local chapter and national board of directors of ATRA for more than 18 years. Tom has turned the business over to his son Brian while he is pursuing a teaching career at Pierce College in Woodland Hills. As the new owner, Brian continues to rebuild transmissions, but has also expanded the business to include general automotive repair and high performance vehicles (including drag racers, off-road racers and high performance corvettes). Brian is an ASE certified Master Tech and continues to attend classes to further his knowledge in auto repair and customer service. You can rest easy knowing that your vehicle is in capable hands.
