This RV is in overall good condition, and everything appears to work as it should. The tires appear to be in good shape, with a tire date code of 4919. an expandable table and chairs. To the rear are a theatre-style pair of recliners and a large tri-fold sleeper sofa. Forward is a large bathroom with an oversized shower and a walk-around king bedroom with a washer/dryer prep in the large full-width closet. Opposite the bed is additional storage.

The unit is stored under cover and has plenty of life in her! The batteries have been replaced 3/28/23 and the photos updated. The body is in great shape as well, the awning is out of its slot a bit and will need to be adjusted.

Going forward from the bath, you enter the rear suite with a queen size bed. There is storage under the bed, and there are two hanging wardrobes, drawers, and a television.

Outside the bedroom, you enter the living area. A large loft is above the rear suite and is prepped to add a television. In the living area, you have two recliners that offer heat and massage. They face the entertainment center, which features a large-screen television and electric fireplace. A dining table and four chairs sit across from the island kitchen. A double sink

is on the island, with plenty of countertop space next to the stove and on the buffet. The kitchen has a three-burner stove, microwave oven, a conventional oven, and a full-size residential refrigerator freezer with an ice maker.

The buffet has a hutch above it and more storage for your dry goods. Up the steps, you will find the second bath on the left. It has a shower with a built-in seat and shelves for your toiletries. It can be accessed from the hallway or the bedroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed with storage underneath. The third television can be found above the chest of drawers, and inside the wardrobe closet, you will find the washer/dryer prep. This one comes with auto-leveling

jacks and two outdoor awnings. You can use this one all year long with the Polar Pack Extended Season Protection.
