This 2019 Montana 3720RL is laid out extremely well. You have a hall closet that leads to the bedroom. The washer/dryer combo is in a portion of the closet. More like a home than an RV, the living area is very spacious with a sleeper sofa, two

new recliners, large tv, a fireplace, great accent lighting, and a ceiling fan. It has a very cozy feel to it. The kitchen area features an island, a convection microwave oven, a stovetop, and a 9,000 BTU oven. The refrigerator is a large residential unit that replaced the factory-installed unit.

The bedroom is roomy with a king bed, a large closet with additional storage, and under-bed storage. This is a unique one-owner RV with everything needed for your next adventure.

Overall this RV looks to be in good shape. There was no noticeable blistering on the exterior walls. All of the bay and storage doors were closed and secured well. Inside there were no signs of leaks or musty smells that would indicate leaks. The flooring and upholstery are all in good condition. No noticeable issues. The only known issue is the central vacuum system which is currently inoperative.

There were no noticeable issues with the flooring or upholstery. There were no signs of water intrusion or any musty smells that can be associated with water intrusion. This rig has been well cared for and maintained.
