This trailer is kept in an enclosed storage and has only been used a few times for short trips. The appliances don't look used. No signs of leaks or odors on the insides and no damage to the exterior.

Across from the living area is the kitchen with a full size refrigerator/freezer combo, a large pantry, a double sink, a 3 burner stove, and an oven.

Above the counter is a microwave. To the front of the kitchen area is a full size bathroom with large shower, skylight, sink with medicine cabinet and toilet. The master bedroom is in the front of the RV and has a queen bed with lots of storage. There is access to the undercarriage storage area below. Outside there is an outdoor kitchen with a griddle and refrigerator. The seller is including a hitch for the tow vehicle bumper, and a 50 amp smart surge protector for the camper.

While photographing the RV, there were no noticeable scrapes, scratches, or dings noted in the exterior. Being less than a year old, the paint still has a shiny appearance. The interior is very clean and well maintained. The seller said all mechanical and electrical items are fully functional. This RV is ready to go camping with a new owner.
