We bought this unit in 2019 after it had one owner who lost the camper to default on a loan.

I am firm on the price because I know what money Ive sunk into it to make this a more than reliable unit. This unit has a splendide washer and dryer. Comes with a 100lb propane tank additional to the two 30 lb in the camper. Also I have a surge protector

and heated water hose. Im also throwing in a skirting kit (diy) that cost $2000. Just never got to it. It comes with everything you need to stay long term or short term. Has a convention oven/microwave combo, residential fridge and upgraded tvs. The toyhauler is set up for motorcycles.

The garage is 12 ft The bathroom has an upgraded shower head and bathtub. The bed is a queen memory foam. I was throughly diligent making repairs on the camper. The trailer is in great condition minus a few cosmetic flaws on the trim. A rip in couch and some little exterior flaws.
